Anthony Beverly_ProfileAnthony Beverly – Co Director: Has extensive knowledge and experience with community activism – he believed  at a very early age that “helping others is a way of life.”   He has over 20 years of youth and family ministry programming, life coaching, counseling and career planning which includes various states – Indiana, Tennessee and Mississippi to name a few.  he has spared head initiatives like the Anti Gang and Crime Prevention Initiative that helps rescue, recover and restore young men, This initiative is an innovative, hands-on, educational program aimed at troubled youth and young adults.  Additionally, he has been extensive knowledge with crime prevention activities and is currently leading the Youth Leadership and Development initiative.

Beverly graduate from Crispus Attucks High School (Indianapolis Public School).  Thereafter, he attended Tennessee State University where he received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

He is a certified Life Coach. and has completed the following trainings where he uses the skills obtained to drive change in the city of Indianapolis – Live Free Peacemaker, Human Side of Leadership, Communicating for Results and Reducing Gun Violence in America: Evidence for Change.

Beverly – Co Director: Has extensive experience in Conflict Management, Personality Assessment, Team Building exercises, Community Activism, Youth Leadership and Development, Youth Program Design and Mentor/Life Coaching for youth and women.  She is a trained facilitator of Pope Diversity’s Consulting Pairs® approach designed to enable individuals and teams to navigate conflict achieving resolution by addressing tension in workplace relationships that stems from inequities and/or discrimination or perceived inequities or discrimination. 

She specializes in community engagement, empowering youth and families, life skills training, mentorship and coaching to youth and their families. She has a passion for helping people and enjoys bringing diverse thoughts together in an organized fashion to meet community and family objectives with actionable solutions.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She is a published author, Power Skills presenter, and motivational speaker. She is a certified Child Mental Health Worker, Parent to Parent Peer Support Specialist.  She is a certified facilitator for Strengthening Families, Too Good For Drug and Violence and NAMI Basic and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
