Stop the Violence Indianapolis, Inc. desires to make Indianapolis a safer, more positive place to live by influencing the lives of children, parents and young adults. We do this by empowering them not to resort to violent measures, but instead through individual conflict resolutions.

TO DO THIS WE NEED YOU!

We need people throughout the year who are determined, committed and passionate about making a difference in the city of Indianapolis. If you fit this description, we want and need you! You can choose to be a part of the following programs: 

• STRENGTHENING FAMILIES
• YOUTH/YOUNG ADULT LIFE COACHING CIRRICULUM
• THE TALKS – IDENTIFYING THE MIRROR IN ME
• VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROCESS (VIP)
• DEPLOY:  THE MORAL VOICE

A background check is conducted on all volunteers working with youth.
